Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or simply change your mind, we gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:
Just contact us within: 20 days of delivery.
Ship items back to us within: 35 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

Conditions of return
A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be granted once your item has been returned to us safely in original condition. If an item is not returned in original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 
Custom or personalised Wallets, Purses or Keyrings.
Used items (items not in original condition).
